I'm Ivan Yawen Wu — a Chicago-based freelance photographer with over 30 years of experience. I specialize in documentary and fine art photography, and I'm a proud alum of the Missouri Photo Workshop (https://missouriphotoworkshop.org/). I founded Pakasa Images to tell honest stories with beauty and care.
A classically trained tenor, an alpine skier, a traveler, and a lifelong reader — I bring the same presence, patience, and curiosity to photography that I do to everything else in life. I live in St. Charles, Illinois, with my family.
